Escudero de Bocos 'Reserva', is a red wine aged for 36 months of which at least 18 was aged in French and American oak.
We pamper our tempranillo grape and the whole production process, to obtain a high quality wine.

Winemaking:
Grape Harvest: By hand.
Ageing of wine: More than 18 months in French oak barrels (50%) and American (50%).
Type of Bottle: Bordelaise, mod. Soutuver, dark, capacity 75 cl.
Annual production: 10.000 bottles.

Alcohol content: 14,5% Vol.
Reducing sugars: 1’4 g/l.
Total acidity (H2SO4): 4'86 g/l.
pH: 3’76
Tasting Notes:
Colour: Cherry red with violet tints great layer.
Noise: Large aromas wild fruits (blackberries, raspberries, blueberries).
Palate: Tasty, meaty and balanced. Great memory.
Food matching:
An ideal accompaniment for Roasted suckling lamb, cured Iberian ham, all kind of cheeses and extractives fishes.
